Happy Tails and Gala Gingham DSP

The above cards pairs the Happy Tails bundle with the Gingham Gala DSP available in the new Occasions catalog. These cards would make good Valentine’s, Birthday or anniversary cards.
They take a little longer and use more materials than yesterday’s simple stamping card.
Materials used:
Card bases- petal pink, balmy blue and white cardstock cut on the 81/2 inch side at 4/14, then folded
at 1/2.
Layering piece-1. Gingham paper cut at 4x51/4 (save the scrap for next Card).

Stampin  pads-petal pink, highland heather and balmy blue

Dog Builder Punch
Scrap Whisper White cardstock

Directions:
1. Cut out the card base, Gingham paper and oval
2. Glue Gingham layer to front of card base
3. Stamp dog on scrap of Whisper White. Stamp spots on dog.Punch out.
4. Glue oval on top of the Gingham paper and use Stampin dimensionals
to glue dog on top of oval
5. Stamp sentiment and stamp hearts on the oval
Don’t stress if you don’t have everything. Instead of an oval use a shape you have or just cut a square.
Use inks you have to match the Gingham paper. If you don’t have the colored card stock use white as I did on the purple one. Assess what you have and have fun.

Happy Tails/ 2019 Occasions catalog

The new Occasions catalog goes live tomorrow . You can begin ordering at 3AM. For every 50$ order you can earn a free product from the Sale-A-Bration catalog. The first I’m showcasing is  the Happy Tails stamp set. This set caught my eye and I had to have it ( love dog stamps).There is also a Dog Builder punch that coordinates with this set. You can bundle the two and save money.
This first card above is a sample of simple stamping. Simple stamping entails 1 stamp, ink and This would make a great Valentine’s or birthday card.

Sale-A-Bration

In 2 days Sale-A-Bration begins.  The sale will go until March 31,2019. During this time period you can get free stuff from the Sale-A-Bration catalog with qualifying order of 50$ or more. Spirited Snowmen simple stamping(last chance)

Happy Sunday. There is only 2 more days to order from the Holiday catalog. My favorite from this catalog is Spirited Snowmen. This stamp set is not just for Christmas. Birthday, New Years, and Valentine’s Day are other ways I have used this set.

For this first card I made a Birthday card. I used the simple stamping technique. This uses stamp, ink and paper (SIP). Materials used:
Cherry cobbler cardstock for the card base. Cut at 51/2 then fold in half
4x51/4 piece of DSP for the mat
Memento ink

This second card also uses the simple stamping technique. Materials used:
Petal pink cardstock for the card base.
Whisper White for the front mat. I used the new rectangle Thinlits to cut it out.

Scrap of Whisper White for the second layer. Cut as shown. Stamp the Snowmen on this piece.

Merry Christmas

January Paper Pumpkin coordinates with Animal Expedition suite in the annual catalog. The stamp set in this suite can be used for many types of cards. Here are 2 simple cards I made .
This first one would be great for Valentines Day. You just need a card base and ink.
This second card is simple also but I have added some DSP from the suite.

Gift Card Holder/ Card

This is a card and gift card holder in one. It is very simple to make.
Materials I used:
Cherry cobbler cardstock cut at 4 1/4 x 11.

DSP All is Bright from Holiday catalog (available til January 2) cut at 2 3/4 x 4
Whisper White 4x5 1/4
Scrap of Whisper White for label
Merry Merlot stamp pad
Peaceful Noel stamp set from Holiday catalog (available til January 2)

Directions:
1. Score cherry cobbler cardstock @2 1/2 and 5 1/2

2. Stamp sentiment on label and piece of Whisper White using Peacful Noel stamp set
3. Glue short side to make pocket

4. Then glue DSP and Whisper White

5. Glue label to flap. Only put glue on part of it .
