Above the Clouds fun fold card

Welcome to my blog. Today I got a chance to play with the Above the Clouds bundle. This is a stamp set with a coordinating punch. I decided to make this tent card.
Materials and Directions:
1. Card base -  4 1/4x5 1/2 cardstock folded in half. I used the new Terracotta Tile.
2. Layering pieces- card stock same color as card base 2 3/4 x 4.
DSP 2 1/2 x 4 I used Woven Threads DSP. Glue to front of the card base.
2 pieces of Whisper White 2 1/2 x 3 3/4. 1 for the inside the card, the other for stamping image on.
3. With 1 of the pieces of the Whisper White stamp the images using the Above the Clouds stamp set.
With a left over piece of the DSP I punched a Hot Air Balloon. I used Stampin dimensionals to adhere to the card. I glued this piece to the colored cardstock and then attached to the card as shown
in picture.

4. I stamped the sentiment on the other piece of Whisper White and glued to the inside.

All of the materials for this project can be found on my website. Be sure to use the Host Code you can find on the right for orders less than 150$.
Happy crafting.

Free as a Bird Bundle fun simple cards

The Free as a Bird stamp set has cute bird/flower images and nice sentiments. The DSP paper is beautiful and can be used on its own to make cards. These 2 cards I made are easy and you can make 2 at the same time.
Materials and Directions:
1. Card base-Flirty Flamingo cardstock 81/2 by 11 cut at 5 1/2. This will give you your 2 card bases.
2. Layering pieces- Whisper White and DSP cut @ 4 x 51/4.
I used the second biggest stitch nested label die to cut out the middle of each. ( if you don’t have these dies use a shape die you have).

Glue the rectangular pieces to the front of the Card bases.
3.Labels- For the White one I used a sentiment from Floral Essence. The flowers from Free as a Bird.
The sentiment for the other card is from Free as a Bird too.
4. Inside of card- Whisper White 4 x5. I used scraps of DSP to decorate.

You can order the supplies you need from my website. Happy crafting.

Floral Essence/ Perennial Essence DSP simple stamping

Welcome to my blog.
This first card uses only stamp, ink and paper(SIP card).
Materials and Directions:
1.card base is Whisper White cardstock 81/2 x 11 cut @ 51/2 then scored at 41/4
2. Layering piece of Whisper White cardstock 4x 51/4. I stamped the flowers in Pineapple Punch and the leaves in Granny Apple Green. I used the stamps from the Floral Essence stamp set. I then glued
the layering piece to the front of the card.

3. Inside I stamped leaves in each corner using Granny Apple Green. I haven’t decided what sentiment I want to use. Choose one you like.

This second card is a step up and uses 3 punches from the catalog.
Materials and Directions:
1.card base is cut and scored the same as the first card.
2.layering piece- I used 2018-2020 in color 6x6 DSP in Pineapple Punch cut 3x 51/4
3.banner- scrap piece of Whisper White 3x2 . Punched out banner shape using triple banner punch.
Then I stamped the sentiment and glued to the yellow paper.

4. Made the flower by using the Perennial Flower Punch . I used retired DSP for the paper. The leaves are from Old Olive cardstock punched with leaf punch. The center is sparkle glimmer paper punched with 1/2 circle punch. I assembled the flower then glued to the card.
5.Inside I stamped some flowers on the side.

Let it ride/ Magnolia Lane DSP/updates

Welcome to my blog. This is another card using Let it Ride stamp set. This time I paired it with the Magnolia Lane DSP. Love this paper not so much the stamp set or suite offered in the catalog that goes with it. But I think it works nice with Let it Ride . Remember you don’t have to buy everything in a suite. Buy what you like and it will work with what you have.
Card 1. Materials and Directions:
1. Card base Whisper White cardstock 51/2 x 41/4
2. Magnolia Lane DSP cut 4 x 51/4. I used an oval die to cut out the center
3. I put the DSP on top of the card base( don’t glue yet).I then stamped the image in the center using Soft Suede Stampin pad . Then I glued the DSP on the card front.

Card. 2.
For card 2 I used scraps from card 1. Card base I used Mossy Meadow cardstock same dimension as card 1. I used a scrap of Whisper White and with layering oval cut out an oval. I then stamped the image on the this piece. Then I glued it on top of the DSP oval( leftover from card 1). I then adhered this to card front. I used a scrap of the Magnolia Lane DSP for the side piece.
If you like this set and the paper you can order them from my website.

Updates:
1. Clearance has added some stamps for the first time. Check it out. There are some nice stamp sets there. My favorite is the Snowmen.
