Back on Your Feet fun fold

Welcome to my blog. I’ve been needing  get well cards and this fits the bill. Cute characters and sentiments. For this card I used the giraffe image.
Materials and Directions:
1. Card base - use a color that you like that goes with the DSP you use( I used Mosaic Mood DSP). Cut the 8-1/2 x11 piece at 4-1/4(on the 8-1/2 side). Fold in half. You will get 2 card bases. Fold one side in 1/2. This will give you a Z fold card. Whisper White  cardstock piece 4 x5-1/4 for the inside.
2.DSP- 2 pieces 4 x2-1/2. Glue these to the cardstock as in the photo. Scrap piece of DSP for the inside on the Whisper White cardstock.
3. 2-1/4 x 3-1/2 piece of Whisper White cardstock. Stamp image on this. Color if you want to. You will also need a piece of the colored cardstock 2-1/2 x3-3/4. Glue image on this piece. Then put glue only on the upper half and glue to the card as in the photo.

Dino Days Christmas Cards/ Updates

Welcome to my blog. Still playing with Dino Days. When I saw the leaf papers from the Dinoroar DSP I thought why not a Christmas card!  I also used Rooted in Nature and the retired Christmas Pines(one of my favorite Christmas bundles).
Materials and Directions:
1. Card base- I used Whisper White cardstock 8-1/2x11 cut@ 5-1/2 then folded at 4-1/4. You get 2 card bases.
2. Layering piece is Dinoroar DSP cut at 4 x 5-1/4. Glue to the front of the card base.
3. From Rooted in Nature I stamped the image on a scrap piece of Whisper White using Soft Suede ink pad. I then fuzzy cut it out and glued to the card front as shown in the picture.
4. I used the dies from Christmas Pines to cut out the leaves in Old Olive, the pine cone in Crumb
Cake, and bow in retired red glitter paper. I also die cut the dinosaur in red glitter as well using the
die from Dino Days.. I then adhered to the front of the card. Here is the card using the other leaf paper.

Dino Days Bundle/mini composition notebook

Welcome to my blog. This weekend I worked on craft fair items. One of which was composition notebooks. I had just gotten Dino Days bundle and the Dinoroar DSP and I couldn’t wait to use it.
The mini notebooks are nice cause they’re easy to carry in your purse or pocket.
Directionss and Materials:
1. Mini notebooks . I got mine at Dollar general. 3 for 1$.
2. Measure the front from the black binding to the side for the width, top to bottom for the length. I do this for each one because the measurements sometimes differ from each one. You need one for the front and back.

3. Once you cut your paper round the corners with a corner rounder(if you don’t have one you can cut the corners after you glue it to the front). Glue the front and back covers.
4. I used the Dino dies to cut out the dinosaurs to decorate the front.
These will make nice gifts and stocking stuffers.
You can buy this bundle on my website. Don’t forget to use the host code on the right for orders less than 150$.
Happy crafting.

Above the Clouds fun fold card

Welcome to my blog. Today I got a chance to play with the Above the Clouds bundle. This is a stamp set with a coordinating punch. I decided to make this tent card.
Materials and Directions:
1. Card base -  4 1/4x5 1/2 cardstock folded in half. I used the new Terracotta Tile.
2. Layering pieces- card stock same color as card base 2 3/4 x 4.
DSP 2 1/2 x 4 I used Woven Threads DSP. Glue to front of the card base.
2 pieces of Whisper White 2 1/2 x 3 3/4. 1 for the inside the card, the other for stamping image on.
3. With 1 of the pieces of the Whisper White stamp the images using the Above the Clouds stamp set.
With a left over piece of the DSP I punched a Hot Air Balloon. I used Stampin dimensionals to adhere to the card. I glued this piece to the colored cardstock and then attached to the card as shown
in picture.

4. I stamped the sentiment on the other piece of Whisper White and glued to the inside.

All of the materials for this project can be found on my website. Be sure to use the Host Code you can find on the right for orders less than 150$.
Happy crafting.
