Toile Christmas Bundle

Welcome to my blog. I’ve used some of the Toile Tidings DSP in projects but have not used the stamps or dies in the bundle until now. These 2 cards use the paper, stamps and dies.

 Card 1 Materials and Directions:
1. Card base is Very Vanilla 4-1/4 x 5-1/2
2. Cardstock layer is Garden Green 4 x 5-1/4
DSP layer is 3-3/4 x 5 glue this to the green cardstock.
Then glue this to the card front.
3. Sentiment is stamped on Very Vanilla and cut out with the die from the bundle.
4. I used wink of Stella on the animals.

Card 2 Materials and Directions:
1. Card base is Whisper White 4-1/4 x 5-1/2
2. Layer of DSP 2 x 5-1/2 glue across the front.
3. Stamp cardinal on piece of Whisper White in Merry Merlot. I then used aqua painter to water color after I stamped. Then I cut out using coordinating die.
4. I cut the branch out using the die and Gold Foil sheet. I glued this on top of the DSP. Then using Dimensionals I put the bird on the branch.
5. I then stamped the sentiment using Merry Merlot

Toile Tidings Christmas tree card/updates

Welcome to my blog. Hope you had a great weekend. My sister came to visit and had a a craft fair on Saturday. The craft fair was fun and I sold quite a lot. Therefore I needed to get busy today to make more for the upcoming craft fairs. With the Toile Tidings DSP I made some Christmas tree cards. I have a die that makes the card but on Pinterest there are patterns available. For the card base I used Mossy Meadow cardstock and the layer is from the Toile Tidings DSP.

Then I decided to make a gingerbread man card with a die I have. I used Early espresso for the card base, soft suede , whisper white for icing and face. I used Let it Snow Specialty DSP for the clothes.

Reminder. It’s a new month so we have a new host code. 92C74EAE. Use this for orders less than 150$. For orders more than 25$ I’ll send you the materials to make two cards.

Let it Snow Specialty DSP Lip Balm holder

Welcome to my blog. I’m behind in my crafting. Was suppose to come home from agility trial Sunday but the wind was so bad I did not leave till Monday. I didn’t want to drive home with the trailer in th gusty winds. I’m going to share some of the things Im making for the craft fairs using product from Stampin Up. This first item I saw in several YouTube videos and had to give it a try. It’s a lip balm holder.
To make this I made bookmarks using Red cardstock and Let it Snow DSP. I made the base using the red cardstock then cut a layering piece from the DSP. I used a die from My Favorite Things to make the lip balm holder space in the DSP. I also got the lip balm pouch from My Favorite Things. I then put the lip balm inside and glued to the base. You can find directions on YouTube for more info. You can buy the cardstock, DSP and the Real Red Curly Ribbon rom my website. Use the host code GEFVQAWH for orders less than 150$.

Nature’s Beauty/Toile Tidings DSP/Wrapped in Plaid DSP

Welcome to my blog. Did you order any of the stamps on sale? Let me know what you got.
The following cards I made using up all my scraps.
These cards not only are great for Christmas but birthday as well. They are also good guy cards. The card on the left I made from the scraps of the other.
Materials and Directions:
The card bases are the same for both cards. I used Old Olive cardstock 8-1/2 x11 cut at 5-1/2 . This gave me the two card bases.
Card on the right:
1. A piece of Toile Tidings DSP 4 x 5-1/4. I cut out the center using Stitched Nested Lable dies. The piece cut out save for second card.
2. On apiece of Very Vanilla stamp the deer image from the Nature’s Beauty stamp set. Glue to the back of the Toile Tidings DSP. Then Glue ‘‘this to the card front.

Card on the left:
1. Cut a piece 4x 5-1/4 from Wrapped in Plaid DSP .  Using Double Stitched ribbon glue this around the middle. Glue this to the front of the other card base .
2. The center you cut out from the Toile Tidings DSP glue to the front. I used dimensionals.
You can order the materials from my website.

Feels Like Frost DSP

Welcome to my blog. This is a very busy time of the year. Craft fairs, craft fair prep and dog shows. I have something every weekend till Christmas. This weekend is Corgi Con at Ocean Beach in San Francisco California. If your near there on Saturday come on by between 10am -2pm and see hundreds of corgis .  If you noticed the cards I made are not Corgis but Border Collie( another breed of dog I own). As I mentioned in a past blog I love making cards with dogs. Unfortunately Stampin Up does not have many dog stamps and dies . I have quite a collection and love to use them with my Stampin Up papers.  The new Holiday catalog has some beautiful paper collections and Feels Like Frost DSP is one of them. I think it worked well with the dog stamp to make a non traditional Christmas card. You could do this with stamps you have and the Stampin Up papers. The Christmas sentiment is also from Stampin Up. It’s called Itty Bitty Christmas. This stamp set has a nice variety
of seasonal sentiments.
The paper and the sentiment stamp set can be purchased from my website.
