Double Pocket card using Magic in This Night DSP and Gilded Autumn DSP

Welcome to my blog. Double Pocket cards are fun cards perfect for adding photos, bookmarks,gift cards candy and other small gifts. These I’ve made for upcoming craft fairs. Here’s what you need:
- 8-1/2 x 11 piece of DSP. Fold in half on the 8-1/2 side. Then fold in half again on 11 side.

- On the top left fold over corner at 2” . Then fold the lower right as in the photo.

- Cut to the center
- Fold top then the bottom. Glue the back. Also glue the edge of the pockets to keep them closed.

- Then decide what you want to put in the pockets. I made tags for 1 pocket and put candy in the other.

- Have fun and use your imagination.

Have a Hoot Bundle with Plaid Tidings DSP

Welcome to my blog. Bundles can help you create fantastic projects! You also save 10% when you buy a bundle. For these cards I used Have a Hoot bundle . I’ll love the owls. These cute owls make Halloween and Christmas cards. I paired this bundle with the Plaid Tidings DSP.  I cut the DSP using a 6x 6 one sheet wonder template.
-Here is the template for the 6 x 6 one sheet wonder template:

I used 1 piece of the DSP and both sides to make the 4 cards. I adhered these pieces to the card bases as in the photos.

-The card base is 5-1/2 x 4-1/4 . I used Crumb Cake and Shaded Spruce.
- I used Whisper White cut using layering square die. I then stamped the image and colored. I layered them on Pumpkin Pie and Poppy Parade Cardstock die cut  using the larger layering square die. I then adhered to the card as in the photos.

Little Treat Box Dies

Welcome to my blog. Sorry I’ve been absent but I had a family emergency. I’ve started working on some craft fair projects in case we have some this year. These Little Treat Boxes will be great for craft fairs or for little gifts. You can cut them out and store flat for later use. The two boxes above will be great for the beginning of the school year and Halloween.
I cut them out using Pumpkin Pie and Poppy Parade cardstock. The layering pieces come from the Plaid Tidings DSP cut 1-3/4 x 2-1/4. The pumpkin and apple is punched out of the cardstock using the Apple Builder punch. I used the sentiments from the Harvest Hellos stamp set.  The ribbon is from the Basket Weave Metalic Pack and All the Trimmings Ribbon combo pack.

TBT Country Home with Gilded Autumn DSP

Welcome to my blog. Another card using Gilded Autumn DSP with the returning stamp set Country Home( in the Annual Catalog).This set is great for fall cards. This could be a Thanksgiving card or fall birthday.
Materials:
- 8-1/2 x 11 inch piece of Cinnamon Cider cardstock. Cut in half on the 11 inch side. Fold in half.This makes 2 card bases.
- Layering piece of DSP Gilded Autumn DSP 4 x 5-1/4
- Ornate layers dies
- Copper Grosgrain Ribbon( pg 45 of Mini Catalog)
- Stampin Blends cools of your choice
Directions:
- Adhere layering DSP to the card front
- Die cut ornate layer out of Whisper White cardstock. If you don’t have this use a rectangle die you have or cut one out.
-Stamp image on the ornate layer. Color using Stampin blends.
- cut a piece if ribbon and adhere to the ornate layer.
-Stamp sentiment from the stamp set
I love having returning stamp sets. It gives us a chance to use them more. I like how they can be used with new products . I like you can’t afford everything so I blend new with the old.
