Snowman Season window card

Welcome to my blog. I have a grid die so I tried making a window card. It took me awhile but I think I got it. I will need to make more for practice and eventually make a shaker card using this die and stamp set.

Materials and Directions
- Card base is a piece of White cardstock 4-1/4 x 5 x 1/2.
- Card layer is. piece of White cardstock 4 x 5-1/4. I took a piece of Trimming the Town DSP the same size. I used a border die to cut the paper as you see it then glued this to the white layer piece.
- I stamped the image and used Balmy Blue Stampin blends to color. I then added the embellishments.
- Using my grid die I made the window out of Night of Navy cardstock . I glued acetate to it and then adhered to the card. If you don’t have a grid die you can use a piece of cardstock 4 x 5-1/4 and with your shape dies cut the windows.

Simple cards using Poinsettia Place DSP

Welcome to my blog. If your like me you have a lot of scraps. I made these cards using scraps from Poinsettia Place DSP. I also used scraps of card stock I had.
Materials and Directions
Card 1

- I started with a card base of Cherry Cobbler 4-1/4 x 5-1/2.
- Layer is a piece of the DSP 4 x 5-1/4. I then adhered to card front.
- The trees I made using Stitched Triangle dies. I made my own paper by using a paw print stencil and inked in green. I then cut out using the dies to make the trees. I adhered them to the front. If you don’t have a stencil you can die cut your trees out of DSP.
- The little corgi is from a die I have and cut out of copper foil sheet in annual catalog. You don’t need it you substitute with die you have or place sentiment.

Card 2

-  I started with a card base of Early Espresso 4-1/4 x 5-1/2
- Layer 1 Garden Green cardstock 4 x 5-1/4 . Adhere to card front.
- Layer 2 DSP 3-1/2x 5. Adhere to card front.
- Border I made using the die from Ornate Border dies using copper foil sheet. If you don’t have the di you can cut a strip from the foil sheet or cardstock to use as the border.
- Poinsettia I made from dies from my stash. If you don’t have Poinsettia dies there is a wonderful set in the Mini Catalog.

Slim Line card using Freezin’ Fun Bundle and In Good Taste DSP

Welcome to my blog. It’s been a while since I last posted. Been busy with Thanksgiving, craft fair and agility trial. I’ve been trying Slim Line cards they are fun and easy to make. I like them because you have more surface to decorate and can be mailed in a regular envelope. The card above I used a die set I have to make the card base. If you don’t have a die you still can make one. Here are the directions:
- Use cardstock 7 x 8-1/2 in color of your choice ( I used Balmy Blue) for the card base. Score at 3-1/2
- Layering piece I used is In Good Taste DSP cut at 8-1/4 x 3-1/4. The top layering piece is Night of Navy cardstock the same size. Use your layering square and rectangles to cut out the openings.
- I stamped colored and die cut the images from Feezin’Fun bundle. I adhered them to the front.
You can buy this fun bundle from my website. Remember to use the Host Code 6GM3BS9Jfor orders less than 150$.
