Stamping on DSP with Beautiful Brilliance bundle.

Welcome to my blog. Stamping on DSP is an easy fun way to add color to your stamp with out coloring. The above card is a slim line. I made the card base using a slim line die from The Stamps of Life. I made the butterflies by stamping on DSP.

Materials and Directions
-As I mentioned above I used a die set to make the card base. You don’t have to have a die to make a slim line card. To make the card base you need a piece of cardstock 7 x 8-3/4 score@ 3-1/2. For the layer use the paper you want 3-1/4 x 8-1/2.
- For the butterflies I stamped the butterflies on a piece of DSP that I chose then cut out using the dies from the bundle. I then use them on my card.

Simple Cards using Butterfly Brilliance Bundle

Welcome to my blog. Butterfly Brilliance bundle will be available in the new annual catalog. The 2 cards above were made using this bundle along with materials from my stash.

The top card I used a 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 card base Use a color you prefer. From my stash I used a background die to cut out the layer. This is from my Stamps of Life stash. Background die works well with Stampin Up. The butterfly I stamped then colored with blends. For the leaves I used a retired leaf punch.

For the bottom card again Iused a 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 card base. I used white cardstock. The background cardstock is Bumblebee 4 x5-1/4.  The next layer is Flowers for Every Season DSP 3-3/4 x 5. I stamped the butterfly then colored using blends. I then die cut it out using the die from the bundle.

I’ve been working on Easter cards and the 2 above I made using that Spring Time Joy stamp set from the mini catalog. This catalog goes till May 3rd . If your interested in purchasing you can from my website.
 Materials and Directions
Card 1

-Card base is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 . I used white cardstock.
- Layer piece is retired DSP 4 x 5-1/4. Glue to the card front.
- I used the large stitched oval die and cut out an oval in white. I stamped the image. I then colored using Poppy Parade and Mossy Meadow stampin blends. I made the sky using Balmy Blue ink.
- I cut a piece of Melon Mambo stitched satin ribbon. I adhered to the front as in the photo. Using dimensionals I adhered the oval.

Card 2

This card I made using an egg die from my stash by The Stamps of Life. The products from this company work well with Stampin Up products. I will be sharing more of this product in my blogs.
I cut out2 egg shapes. One pink and one white. This die set makes a shaped fold it card. I stamped the image on the white. I colored using Poppy Parade and mint macaroon blending pens. I made clouds with balmy blue ink.
If you like this card you can get the dies from her website and the inks from mine. I love Stampin Up but they don’t always have what need.
