Gift boxes for craft fair

Welcome to my blog. Been working on more projects for upcoming events. For these boxes I used products from The Stamps of Life and cardstock from Stampin Up. For the sunflower box I used the Picnic Basket fold it. The sunflowers are from stamps of life also. I cut them out using Stampin Up cardstock. To make it into a box I used the stamps of life box it die. I also used some glitter paper I have.

For the Candy Corn box I used the Stamps of Life Candy Corn fold it and box it die.

Materials and Directions:
- Card base is cardstock 7x6 inches. Score at 1,2,3,4inches

  3 pieces 3 x 6 inches.
- Fold and make the tower. Then attach the other 3 pieces.

- Cut your DSP. 4@ 2-3/4 x 5-3/4
                          4@ 1-3/4 x 5-3/4

Attach to the tower.
Another tower card I made using Peaceful Prints DSP I earned during Sale a Bration.

Coasters using Stampin Up DSP

Welcome to my blog. I’ve been making products for up coming craft fairs. I decided to try something new. Coasters! I’ve seen them on Pinterest and because I have lots of DSP decided to try. I used a retired DSP and Pansy Petal DSP from the new catalog.

Materials and Directions

I used:

The tiles were 4x4.I got them at Home Depot. I cut the DSP 3-3/4 x 3-3/4. Each tile is slightly different size so I measured before I cut the DSP.

I applied a layer of midge Podgorica then put the DSP on. I let it dry1 hour then applied a coat over the top. Waiting an hour between layers I put 2 more on.

When dry I used the sealer. I sprayed 2 coats.

I got medium sized circle felt pads from the hardware store and placed on the back.

This is a great use of extra DSP . These make great gifts.

Simple card using Nuts About Squirrels

Welcome to my blog. We had a rescue squirrel for many years that my granddaughter bottle fed. That’s what pulled me to this stamp set. Nuts About Squirrels has images of 2 cute squirrels along with sentiments. I made this card using a card die set I have. The paper is retired Stampin Up DSP. I stamped the image on a stitched oval I die cut out of white cardstock. I colored the image using my tri blend markers. If you don’t have  a card die set you can make the card using a 4-1/4  x 5-1/2 card base. For the layer use DSP 4x 5-1/4.
