Valentines using From my Heart DSP

Welcome to my blog. Valentines Day is almost here. Are you ready? The card and treat holders I’m sharing are simple and fun to make.
This card is a 1/4 card. You can get 4 out of one sheet of 8-1/2 x 11 cardstock. These are not full cards but you could easily make it one. We made this card today in my card class.
Materials and Directions :
1. Blushing Bride cardstock cut 4-1/4 x 5-1/4
   DSP 4x 4
   White square 3 x 3
2. I stamped the image from This Little Piggy stamp set onto the white square and glued to the DSP. I then colored the pig using Stampin Blend markers. I then glued this to the cardstock.
This is a simple card your child could make for their classmates.

This next project is a treat holder. Simple to make that your kids could make too.
Materials and Directions:
1. Poppy Parade cardstock 3-1/2 x 9-3/4, score at 3-1/4 & 6-1/2
Cut on side at diagonal as in photo. Using score tape glue that side to make a pocket.
2. DSP for the front cut at 3 x 3-1/4 glue to the front. Using the heart punch I punched out a heart from the DSP and glued inside .

3. I used about 12 inches of red. I glued the ribbon to the back only and tied in the front.
You can order the products I used from my website. Host Code for February is A4CWHHXR
Happy Crafting!
